  • Will I be able to update my password?

    Yes. The new Identity Management system will allow users to update their own password.


  • Will I need to update any bookmarks?

    Yes. Links to the old login page should redirect to the new page, but it is a good idea to update any bookmarks that you have to point to



  • Will my integration with the SSRA API or SimplySNAP Cloud API work after this change?

    No. Any code that integrates with the SSRA API or SimplySNAP Cloud API will need to be updated to accommodate the new login procedure. Customers and partners should consult with Synapse to receive guidance and instructions.

  • Does this affect SimplySNAP OnPrem in any way?
